Ceremony Locations and Fees
ALL LOCATIONS AND FEES INFORMATION IS ALWAYS ACCURATE
Seven Days a Week, We perform Traditional Wedding Ceremonies at any Virginia, Maryland, or DC Location that is chosen by our Bride and Groom. All ceremonies must be scheduled since the Officiants are not in the office, but are out all day performing ceremonies. We perform too many ceremonies to perform them all at one location. All of OUR locations and fees are listed below the locations secured by our brides and grooms. When calling to schedule your ceremony, you must provide the exact location of your ceremony. If the ceremony will be performed at your location, the date and time are also required. THE OFFICIANT HAS THE OPTION OF OFFICIATING REMOTELY BY ZOOM, AND ZOOM WEDDINGS ARE ALSO PERFORMED IN WEST VIRGINIA, OHIO, TEXAS, TENNESEE, UTAH, AND ALABAMA FOR ONLY $100!
A non-refundable consultation fee must be paid before your ceremony can be scheduled. If you are late for your ceremony and your Officiant is able to perform your ceremony, a late fee of $100 Cash must be paid before the ceremony will be performed. If you notify the Officiant of a rescheduling when the Officiant is enroute to or at the ceremony location, a $100 Cash fee must be paid before the ceremony will be rescheduled.
1. Seven Days a Week, Ceremonies are performed at any Virginia, Maryland, or DC location not listed further down as a separate listing: home, park, boat, wedding venue, golf course, country club, etc. Ceremony Fees range from $200 - $600. Rehearsal Services require an additional fee. (Ceremony Video)
2. Seven Days a Week, Lake Hening / Courtyard Fountain at Henrico Courthouse : $100, All Guests Welcome. When raining or snowing, all weddings are moved to the covered courtyard. (Ceremony Video)
3. Seven Days a Week, Alexandria Courthouse: $200 - $400, Ceremonies performed in Courtyard and All Guests are Welcome. When raining or snowing, all weddings are moved to the covered courtyard.
4. Seven Days A Week, Courthouse Square Park: $200 - $400; All Guests Welcome! COURTHOUSE SQUARE PARK IN ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND MONTGOMERY COUNTY MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIRED. When raining or snowing, weddings are moved across the street to the covered area outside the Courthouse.
5. ALL INDOOR WEDDING CEREMONIES IN VIRGINIA, MARYLAND, AND DC ARE PERFORMED AT THE LOCATIONS OF THE MARITAL COUPLE.
6. Chesterfield Old and New Courthouse Venues Weddings (Venues in front of buildings including inclement weather venue) Ceremonies are performed Seven Days a Week, and all guests are welcome. Witnesses are NOT required! The fee is always $100. Have your marriage ceremony performed by a trained officiant rather than a civil celebrant with no training. Call us to schedule your ceremony!
7. Virginia State (DOC) Prison Weddings performed by phone with the fiancée and officiant, not at the Prison, and in-person Weddings with the Fiancée at the Prison and the Officiant on the phone for only $100. Unlimited phone guests are Allowed for both phone weddings and In-person Weddings. Unlimited Guests are allowed with the Fiancée for phone weddings. Witnesses are NOT required! We perform ALL In-person weddings by phone since we coordinate all of the phone guests. We don't perform ceremonies at local jails, regional jails, and Federal Prisons. 8. We perform Virginia Remote (Zoom/Phone) Weddings for $100.
9. South Carolina/Georgia $100 Inmate Phone Weddings (we will explain marriage license process, through Virginia & Kansas), permission granted by U.S. Supreme Court.
If you are from another country, check with your country to see what the requirements to accept a marriage from the United States are. Additional fee required if we are doing a notarized affidavit.
If going through the U.S. Immigration Process check with your attorney to see if a particular ceremony or officiant are required.
Your officiant is not responsible for marriage licenses lost in the mail. It is your responsibility to meet all court requirements in getting another license, getting it to your officiant, and you taking it from the officiant to the courthouse.
